1 General Terms

Haider SMM Panel provides social media promotion and marketing services, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, VPNs, and other digital services.

Customers must ensure that their profiles, accounts, or posts are set to Public before placing an order. We cannot deliver services to private accounts or invalid links.

2 Refill & Refund Policy

Non-Refillable Services: If an order is placed for a service marked as "No Refill", no refill, replacement, or refund will be provided if drops occur.

Refillable Services: Refill guarantee applies strictly to services where "Refill" is explicitly stated in the service description and duration.

Account Balance: Once funds are deposited into your Haider SMM Panel account, they are non-refundable to bank accounts or payment gateways. Balance must be used for panel services.

3 Order Guidelines

• Do not place duplicate orders for the same link until the active order is completed.
• Always double-check your target URL/link before submitting an order.
• Orders placed with incorrect links will not be cancelled or refunded.

4 Haider SMM — Refill Policy

Refill is available only on services where a refill period is clearly mentioned, such as:

• Lifetime Refill
• 10 Days Refill
• 30 Days Refill

5 Haider SMM — Payment Policy

Only make payments through the official payment numbers shown inside the Haider SMM Panel.

• If anyone asks for a manual payment, verify them first using the official numbers available inside the panel.
• DO NOT PAY ANY UNVERIFIED NUMBER.
• Payments made without verification are at your own risk.

6 Haider SMM — Support Policy

Support is available only for Haider SMM-related questions and issues.

• WhatsApp messages only — NO CALLS.
• No manual deals, personal deals, or private transactions with support staff.
• Do not ask support for anything unrelated to Haider SMM.
• You may ask support any question related to Haider SMM.
